No. Padding is replaced or restored only when its condition requires it.
Can the original shape of the sofa be retained?
Where the construction allows it, the work can be planned to retain the proportions and characteristic details of the piece.
Can the cushion shape be changed during reupholstery?
Yes, the shape and density of the filling can be discussed and adjusted as part of the reupholstery.
Why does furniture squeak, and can it be repaired?
The causes of squeaking can vary: loosened joints, friction between parts, deformation of structural elements, or other damage. The source needs to be identified first during an inspection, and the repair method depends on the furniture construction and condition.
