Booking form
The booking form collects: name, phone number, the selected service, the requested date and time, and a comment. The data is sent via the Formspree service.
Reviews and questions form
Submitting a review or question collects: name, email, the type of submission (review or question), a rating, district, and the message text. This data is usually processed by the site's server-side components (Cloudflare Workers); with a standard/fallback form submission (for example, if JavaScript is disabled in the browser), processing may also happen through the Formspree service.
AI Restoration: photo-based assessment
The AI Restoration tool collects the uploaded photo of the item. The photo is sent to the AI proxy at furnicraft-ai-proxy.artsystemcom.workers.dev to create a preliminary visualisation and is not published on the website. If a request is submitted, the tool also processes name, phone, city, preferred contact method, comment, selected services and materials, item parameters, client wishes, and the generated preliminary price and time estimate. The generated preview image is sent with the request to the site's server-side components (Cloudflare Workers).
Cookies and analytics
The site uses Google Analytics (GA4), Yandex Metrica, and Meta Pixel. These load only after the visitor clicks "Accept" on the cookie banner. A visitor can decline cookies using the "Reject" button, in which case analytics never loads.
